Our Easter Sussex Cheeseboard consists of the following:

Bookham Harrison’s Sussex Charmer cheddar combines the creaminess of a mature farmhouse cheddar with the zing of an Italian Style Hard Cheese.

Alsopp & Walker’s Sussex Brie is made from pasteurised cow’s milk with a mellow flavour and a hint of nuttiness. The texture is soft and sometimes slightly runny.

Kingcott Dairy’s Kentish Blue is a young blue cheese with a firm but moist texture. It has gentle smooth flavours on the first bite developing into a long lasting pleasant aftertaste. The dairy’s delicious raw milk gives it a unique taste.

High Weald’s fresh soft slipcote is made with 100% organic sheep milk. Sussex Slipcote has a light, creamy texture that melts in the mouth and has a slightly sharp, lemony, refreshing flavour with a hint of garlic.

Joe’s Chilli Jam is made with roasted pear, red onion and summer berry. The roasted onions and fruit give an intense savoury sweet flavour as the chilli heat gently builds.
