ABOUT US

We desire to change the face of hospitality and food retail, returning food and drink to what it once was. The enterprise will drive society to eat and cook food that is local and well farmed. We believe farming and consuming in this way is a social and cultural glue and understanding this is key to underpinning key values of society and life.

At its heart The Sussex Peasant wants to change lifestyles and create a food and drinks concept with longevity.

We are a community of enterprising Sussex farmers that supports the mobile farm shop and restaurant we have created.
We sell the finest local produce direct to our customers through the shop and our events.

Our farming is sustainable, our food is traceable, our approach is socially and environmentally minded.
