Lamb

Our Southdown Romney Cross lamb are raised traditionally and non-intensively on permanent Sussex pastures, allowing them to mature slowly to develop excellent flavour.

Tender, naturally lean and full of character, our lamb is perfect for a classic roast or slow Sunday lunch.

Roast Chicken

Our free-range chickens are grown locally by Deana and Quentin at Foxacre Farm in Arlington. These slow-growing birds are given more time to mature, resulting in a firmer texture and a deeper, more complex flavour.

The result is a flavourful chicken with real character, perfect for a classic roast or everyday cooking.

Beef

Our Sussex beef comes from grass-fed cattle raised traditionally on permanent pastures within an ancient forest landscape. Dry-aged for a minimum of three weeks, the result is naturally tender meat with a deeper, richer flavour.

Perfect for a Sunday roast, slow braises and stews or even on the BBQ!

We are on a mission to make good, delicious locally farmed food convenient and accessible to Sussex communities. By supporting local farms we keep money within the community, foster a connection with people and their food source, whilst reducing transportation emissions.

We carefully select and work with small scale local Sussex farms that are ethically, socially and environmentally conscious. By working directly with farmers and producers, we can create a shorter transparent supply chain which protects flavour, freshness, & quality.
