Our venison rolled leg joint, cut from the hind leg, is a tender roasting cut that’s lean yet full of flavour, perfect for a roast or special occasion. Best cooked medium-rare and rested well for maximum tenderness.

Why wild venison?
Our wild venison is sourced locally from Sussex estates and farms, carefully managed by Mark Smith, an experienced local stalker. Deer culling is an essential part of responsible woodland management, making wild venison one of the most sustainable meat choices available. Living freely and foraging naturally, the deer produce meat that’s exceptionally lean and full of flavour – high in protein, low in fat and naturally rich in iron and omega-3.

Please place your order before Tuesday at 12pm for collection at any of our markets in the same week. Orders placed after 12pm will be for collection the following week.
