Our venison loin steaks are exceptionally tender with a fine texture and a wonderul juicy game flavour. Most similar to beef fillet or tenderloin, they are perfect for minimal cooking and best served pink to maintain their moisture and delicate texture.
Why wild venison?
Our wild venison is sourced locally from Sussex estates and farms, carefully managed by Mark Smith, an experienced local stalker. Deer culling is an essential part of responsible woodland management, making wild venison one of the most sustainable meat choices available. Living freely and foraging naturally, the deer produce meat that’s exceptionally lean and full of flavour – high in protein, low in fat and naturally rich in iron and omega-3.
