Turkey Whole

Our turkeys are farmed by Will Sheffield on his off-grid farm with his family since 2010. Meadowbrook Farm (previously known as Sheffield Farm) is located in Waldron, East Sussex.

They produce free range, slow grown bronze turkeys, which are dry plucked and hung for a minimum of 10 days giving them their award winning flavour.

Out of nearly 15,000 product entries, less than 280 received the great taste award – Will’s turkey was one of them. “This is the perfect storm of a turkey… This would make an incredible centrepiece… The white meat is tender and with good depth of flavour while the dark meat is deep, rich and delicious – An impressive bird!”
