We’re proud to offer a carefully curated selection of handmade, artisan breads and bakes from two outstanding local producers who share our passion for quality, tradition, and real ingredients.

FLINTOWL BAKERY

Flint Owl are dedicated to the craft of real bread. Their loaves are made with just three ingredients: the finest flours, water, and sea salt — nothing more. No additives, improvers, or fats ever go into their doughs.

Each loaf is long-fermented for maximum flavour, nutrition, and digestibility. Their sourdoughs are made using a natural starter that’s over 45 years old, originally from the French Alps. This living culture is fed daily and forms the heart of every Flint Owl sourdough, giving each bake its distinctive character and depth.

MAMOOSH BAKERY

Based in Newhaven Mamoosh brings vibrant Middle Eastern flavours to our shelves. Run by Einat, who’s love of food is rooted in her Israeli upbringing and professional training in New York, Mamoosh is known for its soft, hand-shaped artisan pitta breads.

Baked in a traditional pitta oven with carefully sourced ingredients, they’re full of flavour and authenticity.

Mamoosh also produces a range of fresh, preservative-free Middle Eastern dips and salads, all made from natural ingredients.

Mamoosh have a permanent stall at our Preston Park market every Saturday 9-3
