Our turkeys are farmed by Will Sheffield on his off-grid farm with his family since 2010. Meadowbrook Farm (previously known as Sheffield Farm) is located in Waldron, East Sussex.

They produce free range, slow grown bronze turkeys, which are dry plucked and hung for a minimum of 10 days giving them their award winning flavour. They come with all their giblets inside.
