Our Smoked Salmon is supplied to us by The Highweald Smokery; a traditional award winning smokery based in the ancient Weald.

They choose everything, from raw ingredients to the Oak they burn in their locally handcrafted kilns, for the authentic flavour it imparts to the smoked fish. Through their dedication to maintaining traditional methods in their craft, they have become known as one of the best artisan food producers in the UK.
