Chicken Whole

Deana and Quentin supply our free-range additive free chickens from their family run farm all year around.

The slow growing nature of these birds leads to the more flavourful meat. All the poultry is grown and finished at Foxacre. The chickens are fed on an all-natural feed with no added growth stimulants or antibiotics. Once finished onsite at Arlington our chickens are butchered at Ringmer by our local butcher Andy.

Our Chicken has a firmer, more flavourful, richer and complex taste that is healthier for us.
