1 Bottle of Oast farm apple juice (750ml)

400ml of water

2 apples cored and sliced

1 pinch mulling spice bag

3 tbsp of honey

1 bay leaf

4 black peppercorns

Clementine peel and extra cloves to garnish

 

Add the water, Honey and apple juice into a pan then bring to a gentle simmer. Add the mulled spice bag and the extra spices and sliced apple and let the spiced infuse for 30mins

Put and clementine peel and extra clove in each mug and serve
