Half jar of Oast farm Marmalade
4Tbsp of Muscovado sugar
2Tbsp of whole grain mustard
2Tsp of ground allspice
50ml of Oast farm apple juice
To make the marmalade glaze, put all ingredients in a pan and heat gently. if the glaze is too thick add alittle more apple juice bring to a simmer then cool slightly
carefully remove the skin from the ham, leaving a decent layer of fat, score the fat and stud all cover with cloves. Brush the ham all over with the glaze then out back in the oven for 15-20mins or until golden (brush on more glaze halfway through cooking) let the ham sit for 20mins before carving.
