1 tbsp vegetable oil

1 tsp toasted sesame oil

200g Purple Sprouting broccoli, stalks trimmed

2 garlic cloves, finely sliced

½ long red chilli, deseeded, finely sliced

100g Pak Choi, cut in quarters

1 tbsp soy sauce


Heat the vegetable oil in a large wok and add the sesame oil and Purple Sprouting broccoli and the Pak Choi, cook on a high heat without moving to allow charring for around 2-3 minutes, moving occasional to allow equal charring.

Add the garlic, chilli, and stir-fry for a further 1-2 minutes. Then the soy sauce and fry for another minute or so. Remove them the pan and serve straight away.
