Ingredients

75g Soft brown sugar

300ml Apple Juice

50ml Apple Cider Vinegar

500g of sprouts, cut in half

Smoked bacon, cut into lardons

Chillies soft and plain goats cheese

 

Method

All into a saucepan over a medium heat and reduce until colour & consistency of maple syrup,

Sauté the sprouts with the smoked bacon, add some of the glaze to coat the sprouts, to finish simple crumble over some of the goat’s cheese
